The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) has laid out its expectations for the year ahead, reaffirming its commitment to raising safety, standards and performance across the built environment.

Last year was a coming of age for the BSR as it achieved significant milestones and established the groundwork and foundations for a trusted world-leading building safety regime which places the safety of residents front and centre.

The BSR is aiming to support stakeholders in developing a deeper collective understanding of what exactly the new building safety regime means for them. This includes what they will need to do to comply with the law and to achieve a much-needed cultural shift.
