The Government has announced its intention to indefinitely extend the use of CE marking for businesses.

This previous deadline was 24th December 2024, at which point businesses were to use the UKCA mark instead.

It is hoped this intervention will ensure businesses no longer face uncertainty over the regulations and can cut back on unnecessary costs. This move comes as part of a wider package of regulations designed to ease business burdens and help grow the economy by cutting barriers and red tape.
