The ASFP will be hosting a passive fire protection webinar from 2-4pm on 31 March. The two hour session will provide an introduction to passive fire protection for designers and specifiers. It will consider when to involve fire specialists; understanding test evidence; as well as detail on specification. It will also feature a panel session of key industry representatives and Allan Meek of Group SCS will be representing the SCA. Register to attend.
On 19th May from 12-1pm the ASFP will be running a practical session on modern forms of compartmentation which will focus on product details and product standards. It will explain why compartmentation is important, look at modern forms of compartmentation such as fire-resisting glazing and fire curtains and provide information on how to choose a competent installer.
